Shipping & returns

Shipping is free on every order — no minimum, no surcharge, no exceptions. Every parcel is insured, tracked and requires a signature on delivery.

Fragrance is packed to survive transit, handbags ship in dust bags, sneakers in their original boxes and electronics with protective padding. Every parcel leaves with tracking and insurance.

Your tracking number is emailed once the parcel is handed to the carrier. Signature is required on delivery for higher-value items so nothing is left unattended.

If an item is not as described, contact us with your order number before sending it back and we will arrange the return. Items should come back unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and checked.

Send us photographs of the parcel and contents and we will replace the item or refund it. Insurance covers the shipment, so you are not left carrying the loss.
